GASTRONOMY

Our guests are exclusively offered home grown food. Our aim is for our guests to experience the genuine savours of homemade dishes. There is a vast range of cured meat products, among them our homemade dry-cured ham, salami and cured bacon. They are made from horse meat and beef of Angus breed. Our livestock are bred with homemade fodder, which provides high quality meat and exquisite flavour.

Homemade dumplings with sauce from flap mushrooms picked in the neighbouring woods or a delicious farmed game goulash, savoury dishes cooked by the skilled hands of the farm housekeeper. Gourmets can pamper their palate with homemade štruklji (rolled dumplings) and Brkini-style strudel.

Larger groups can be hosted in the newly arranged building facility, where homemade delicacies can be served to closed groups on occasions such as anniversaries, wedding celebrations and similar. Outside guests can be served during the weekends and holidays. In the evening, the restaurant is open by 10 p.m., which guarantees a quiet environment for our guests. We welcome larger groups upon request also during weekdays.
